Paww will provide a replacement or full refund at our discretion on quality related issues with Paww products purchased either directly through Paww, or through our authorized resellers within 12 months of the purchase date.
Our warranty does not cover the following:
- Purchase from unauthorized sellers (especially on eBay or Amazon)
- Physical damage caused by improper use
- Free or promotional products
If you're unsure if the reseller that you're buying a Paww product from is authorized, please check with us first by sending us an email on support@mypaww.com.
Initiating a Warranty Claim
Please contact us on support@mypaww.com or through our Contact Us page with the following information:
- Your name
- Product name
- Date of purchase
- Where it was purchased from
- Order number
We aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours.
